Our Immigration Service Fees...

Sanctuary Law provides specific UK immigration advice helping you to clarify what you want to achieve and how best to undertake the process.

In seeking to deliver peace of mind to our clients, Sanctuary Law always aims to charge a single fixed fee for all Immigration matters, yet every immigration application or appeal is different and often each application has different circumstances, therefore the fees associated with the individual application may vary.

Below are some examples of our various service fees which apply to the different types of application. Some of these fees are an indication only – if an application is particularly complex we would charge a higher fixed fee yet this will always be agreed with you before the work commences...

Initial Advice & Consultation:

Initial FREE 20-minute Consultation then £60 per 20-minute period thereafter;

 

Further Immigration Consultation Fees:

Consultations are charged at £90 per half hour (some consultations fees may be agreed as deductible from the fixed service fee);

 

Application Review & Document Checking Service:

If you wish to complete your own application, we can review the application with your supporting evidence, and will advise you whether we have identified any concerns which may cause potential issues and make suggestions regarding rectification or of further evidence you should submit - Fixed Fee of £300;

 

Administration Fee – File Withdrawal / Closure:

Minimum charge £90 + cost of any and all work undertaken, at the rate of £180 per hour;

 

Applications:

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR):

• Spouse / Partner / Parent / Domestic Violence £1000*

Further Leave to Remain (FLR):

• Partner / Parent / Private Life / Human Rights £1000*
• ILR / FLR Extension £1000
• ILR / FLR Long Residence £1200
• Other Leave to Remain Applications from £1200*
• EEA Applications from £800*

 

 

Points Based Applications:

• Tier 1 Investor / Entrepreneur Visa - Initial Application £2500*
• Tier 1 Investor / Entrepreneur Visa Extensions £1500
• Tier 2 & Tier 5 Visa – Entry Clearance £1500*
• Tier 2 & Tier 5 Visa Extensions £800
• Tier 4 Student / Work Experience Visa £1000
• Tier 4 Student / Work Experience Visa Extension £800
• Overseas Business Representative – Entry Clearance £2500
• Overseas Business Representative Extension £1500
• Other Work / Study Applications £1500*

 

Due to the complex nature of the following applications we are providing an indication of our fees:

• Asylum Application £1000 - £2500*
• Tribunal Appeals £1000 - £3000*
• Judicial Review £2000 - £5000*

 

* Standard Applications will attract the base fee yet for more complex matters the fee will need to be agreed before initial or additional un-costed work commences. 

Disbursements & Other Costs…

• The Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.

• Disbursement are the costs incurred in your case that are due to be paid to third parties, for example court costs or an interpreter’s fees, the costs of an expert witness or simply to cover courier fees.

• Our fees listed above do not include such disbursements and you will be required to pay for these services in addition. We can however, handle the payment of such costs on your behalf where we have been placed in funds and instructed to do so.

• Our fees do not include the costs where an interpreter is required and such costs are difficult to estimate in advance and may vary in between £100 to £250 per hour depending upon the interpreter required, and upon the complexity of your case.

 

• Expert witnesses, or independent expert reports such as medical experts are not always required in most cases but we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert witness or report is necessary.

 

• If you are required to attend an interview and we are asked to attend with you, there may be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

 

• Where applicable we will inform you of any perceived disbursements that may be incurred and will always agree these with you as soon as they are known.
